We hope you love your Hesse pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer care team at info@hesselondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original Hesse packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or are returned without original packaging. In these cases, your item will be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service, as Hesse is not liable for any lost returns and cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt.
Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will confirm your refund via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: In order to prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request additional information or cancel any flagged orders.
